How to begin?

Preliminary review, planning and budgeting

Preparing feasibility study and information memorandum
We evaluate expected profitability of your investments into the project, provide risk analysis (including credit risks) and propose risk mitigants. We will prepare the terms of reference for the engineering firm that you would commission to prepare the feasibility study. Exim-Consulting will also produce the terms of reference for marketing and tax advisors. If necessary, we are prepared to organize and run a beauty contest for the consultants.On basis of economic and financial information of the enterprise and project and its feasibility study we will prepare a project information memorandum for investors and creditors. Preparing offers for banks and project presentations
In order to present the project to investors it is necessary to formulate exact offers, including estimation of your company’s financial liabilities including direct investments, credits, guarantees and assets, provided as security to external creditors. Negotiation and documentation
Exim-Consulting will provide your legal advisors with terms of reference for the drafting of project documentation. The terms of reference will be formulated to ensure that your interests are appropriately documented. Exim-Consulting will negotiate on terms adjustment and will consult you on changes acceptability, proposed by your partners. You will receive comprehensive analysis of similar agreements, on other projects.While organizing and conducting the project presentations and negotiations Exim-Consulting will provide recommendations on using competition factor between your potential partners.
