Structured Finance
Exim-Consulting is specializing in structuring and arranging of medium- to long term debt from international banks to Ukrainian companies. We offer to our clients proved and tested debt structures, which as maximum as possible are tailored in line with our clients special needs (such as ECAs covered loans, structured trade finance, stand-by structures and others).
Project Finance
Exim-Consulting possess all necessary expertise to run all stages of project finance transactions, including project sponsors selection and attracting, preparation of economic feasibility study, development of contractual structure, risk analysis and mitigation, obtaining of necessary approvals, and finally the financial plan structuring and execution. We co-ordinate input of all project participants: sponsors, commercial banks, export credit agencies, international finance institutions, technical and legal advisers. We also secure efficient liaison with state authorities. While each of the parties involved in the project pursues its distinct priorities, we act as the project coordinator, ensuring timely adoption of appropriate decisions and maintaining the balance of interests of all parties.
